About the Job:

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate accounting records & reconciliations and financial/management reporting. You will have the opportunity to manage the day-to-day accounting operations within your area of responsibility which could include the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger departments, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

As part of the team, you will:

• Participate in month-end close and review of financial results

• Prepare and analyze the periodic reporting for Alfa Laval Inc and other subsidiaries

• Collect additional information necessary for the statutory closing reporting

• Prepare account reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.

• Investigate and correct errors or inconsistencies in financial entries or reports.

• Prepare bank reconciliations.

• Provide ad hoc financial reports, analysis and projects as requested.

• Support other team members in day-to-day processes.

• Document and update standard operating procedures for all owned processes.

• Identify potential process improvements.

• Be responsible for data warehouse maintenance.

• Assist with auditor requests.

What you know:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

• CPA (preferred) or CPA eligible

• Relevant industry experience in manufacturing a plus.

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job, background, skills, and experience to get it right.  The base salary for this role is typically $57,922.00 - $107,569.00.
