Teacher pay rate scale: $14.00-$17.00 per hour

The rate of pay for this position will be determined based on a combination of the following factors: the specific role, candidate’s relevant education, qualifying experience, and credentials/certifications. For example, candidates with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may qualify for a rate toward the top end of this range. Candidates with limited experience and education may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience may be paid towards the lower end of the scale.

About Foundations Early Learning Center:

We help children reach their full potential, with school readiness, socialization, literacy, problem-solving, self-esteem and other life skills at the center of our focus. Foundations provides premier infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, school-age, and summer camp programs for children 6 weeks to 12 years. Requirements

• Proof of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months experience as a teacher in a licensed day care, childcare center or preschool.
• CDA or TCC required for lead teachers.
• Successful completion of state background check and health assessments
