What we want
Under the general direction of the Associate Director of Data Analytics and CRM, the Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in the office as they are responsible for the testing, daily operation, and maintenance of Slate (CRM) and various system integrations needed to support admissions, and recruitment efforts. Works closely with the Associate Director overseeing and implementing technical requirements required to support system stakeholders throughout the application cycle, including the support of various application workflows, process automations, event and communication management, and ensuring the integrity of all data files imported in and exported out of Slate throughout the student lifecycle. Serves as a project team leader for the Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems team and oversees the daily operations and duties of several Slate team members, including, leading and planning team meetings, and coordinating closely with the Associate Director in regards to constituent management, project management, staff training, and maintaining database data security and integrity.

Salary: $55.412.00 - $71,219.20 (Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire's experience)

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Six years of project or program management experience, production experience with software application development, and/or database management experience, which includes two years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree.
Five or more years of experience in project or program management.
Previous experience working in higher education admissions or related field with organizational processes.
Previous experience with CRM, document imaging software, admissions and/or university software including Technologies Slate and Ellucian Banner.
Experience with data visualization software (Tableau).
Familiarity with one or more web and data tools such as HTML, SQL, XML, JavaScript, etc.
Detail oriented approach to program management.
Ability to function in a deadline driven environment with multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
Prior knowledge of Slate CRM, or ability to demonstrate a high aptitude to learn.
Basic Level Slate Operator Certification.
Project Management Certificate.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to visualize, organize, and provide feedback to leadership.

Ability to assist with the planning, installation and operation, and effective utilization of multiple software platforms.
Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
