Billing Services Representative (three shifts)

Job Description

• Aid our Members with their payment and billing related queries
• Provide professional customer support mainly via chat and email
• Work together closely with our Anti-Fraud and User Services departments
• Later you may be expected to handle incoming calls
• Help the team with suggestions about the processes and knowledge base

Qualifications

• High school graduation
• Native Hungarian language is a must
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Flexibility when it comes to working hours, as our shifts can be day or night
• Customer service experience considered as a plus

• We're offering a range of 520,000 HUF - 570,000 HUF (gross/month) for this position
