As this is a new team, working on brand new products, we are embracing the collaborative spirit of an onsite team, working together to drive success and innovation and bring new products to market quickly. We are committing to be in-office at least 3 days a week, with the aspiration to maximize face-to-face time as much as possible.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and help bring our AI product roadmap to fruition. If you:

• Are passionate about how technology can have a massive impact in Education, and are excited about using AI to accelerate that mission.
• Are eager to work with stakeholders across the business, from our CEO to key stakeholders in our other core product lines, to get things done 
• Have a keen sense for how to get product to market fast, from beta to MVP to full blown launch
• Are always eager to roll up your sleeves and dig in at all stages of the product lifecycle - from high level ideation, to working through user stories with the teams to get the product into the hands of users
• Understand the flexibility needed to release product in the fastest-changing technology landscape that we’ve ever seen before

Requirements

Core Goals and Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain our AI-powered roadmap, and grow, prioritize and prune it in conjunction with stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Gain a deep understanding of the core use cases for AI in the Education, Assessment and Learning spaces, and how to make the best use of the state-of-the-art in AI to deliver on those use cases.
• As the team grows, manage and coordinate product owners to prioritize software development.
• Think big - own a multi-year direction of roadmap. Execute small - effectively break down and steer the technology teams to deliver value as quickly and iteratively as possible.

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years as a product manager, ideally in SaaS.
• Past experience leading a small team of Product Managers/Owners.
• A strong track record of delivering meaningful and impactful products, particularly in industry vertical markets.
• A proven history of collaborating with technical teams, disparate stakeholders
• A willingness to take on the “startup” mentality to bring products from zero to one
