About the role

Description

We are seeking skilled NAPP Program Analysts to support the Naval Aviation Production Process Sustainment (NAPPS) program across various Naval and Marine Corps aviation training commands. These positions play a crucial role in data management, analysis, and process improvement for aviator and aircrew training pipelines.

As a FRS NAPP Program Analyst, you will:

  • Ensure effective data collection, entry, and validation of NAPP data into the NIPDR, CeTARS, and/or MCTIMS applications
  • Conduct research and statistical/quantitative analysis regarding production and resource utilization
  • Interpret NAPP metrics and cockpit charts to present findings and recommendations to squadron leadership
  • Analyze production barriers and develop recommended courses of action
  • Support the annual Command Production Planning Factor (PPF) validation and submission process
  • Assist with annual flight hour budget planning, monthly allocation, and variance analysis
  • Coordinate the timely and accurate submission of Integrated Production Plan (IPP) class load plans
  • Develop command production plans, NAPP-centric briefs, and resource entitlement submissions
  • Provide NAPP training to command personnel on NAPP tools, PPFs, and other production tools
  • Participate in production alignment conferences and other NAPP-related meetings
  • Maintain historical production data and support various reporting requirements
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all production-related activities are coordinated
  • Perform quality control of NAPP production data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems

Requirements

Detailed Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Aviation Management)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a military or aviation context
  • Familiarity with Naval or Marine Corps aviation training processes preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with database management and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible for a Secret security clearance
  • Flexibility to travel as required to support NAPP functions and meetings
