Director, Infrastructure - Product (Amsterdam)

GRESB is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of the product strategy and growth initiatives for GRESB Infrastructure's real assets division. The Director, Infrastructure - Product will work closely with their counterpart responsible for the Infrastructure Standards. They will play a critical role in shaping the company's value proposition, enhancing brand awareness, and driving growth through strategic partnerships, external engagement and professional representation in specialized groups. This individual combines experience in infrastructure investment with a track record of impact in product development across real assets.  

This role will be based at GRESB headquarters located in Amsterdam. 

Key Responsibilities:

External engagement and advocacy  

• Represent GRESB and contribute to the growth of the GRESB Infrastructure brand value through speaking engagements at specialized conferences, written articles in specialized publications  
• Lead engagement with portfolio companies, investors, and stakeholders to promote responsible investment practices and drive sustainable outcomes

Strategy  

• Develop and refine the product value proposition for GRESB Infrastructure real assets, ensuring alignment with market needs and competitive positioning
• Coordinate market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats

 Execution and internal coordination 

• Lead the development, review and prioritization of a strategic 3-year, as well as an actionable 1-year roadmap 
• Work closely with the Standards and the Commercial teams to review and establish a forward-looking product offering for one of the strongest areas of growth: infrastructure real assets 
• Develop and execute a communications strategy in collaboration with the Director, Marketing and Communications
• Train and coordinate the internal infrastructure product team to effectively resource the development and support of the GRESB Infrastructure Standards, as well as the growing product family for infrastructure clients  

Requirements

• At least 10-years of industry experience in responsible investment with a focus on relevant asset class 
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable plans 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through cross-functional collaboration
