BGSW - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. 
BGSW has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at e-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

- As a System Engineer you are key player in system design and implementation of ADAS functionalities

- You will contribute in architectural design and technical analysis of the system

- You will be responsible to interact with customer to build system specifications

- You will play a key role in function development and enable other function developers to use your framework in development

- You will have an opportunity to analyze real life problem scenarios on the vehicle and contribute innovative ideas to find resolutions

Qualifications

Education: Graduate or Masters in Computer Science / Electrical and Electronics or an equivalent engineering discipline

Mandatory skills:

• Good design experience and hands on experience of designing tools (Enterprise architect , UML diagrams etc)
• Experience with Matlab-Simulink modelling
• Good programming, debugging and problem solving skills (C++ or C language)
• Experience of ECU communication protocols (e.g. CAN)
• Experience in requirements elicitation and requirements analysis
• Good knowledge in basic electronics and microprocessors
• Problem solving skills

Optional skills:

• Experience with database management tools e.g. DOORS, requirements base lining, change request handling
• Good experience in multiple stakeholder handling for Requirements Engineering 
• Good overview and understanding of project life cycle and involved activities like customer requirements management, internal requirements, change request process and change request management
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. MKS)
• Experience in automotive domain

Soft skills:

• Good analytical & communication skills
• Good customer interaction and technical presentation skills
• Strong coordination, organization, teaming and problem-solving abilities
• Good English written and verbal communication. Having exposure with Chinese / Japanese language would be an added advantage
