Senior Windows Systems Administrator (Operations & Automation)

<p><b>ING Hubs Poland is hiring!</b></p><p></p><p><b>We are looking for you, if you:</b></p><ul><li><p>have 5+ years of experience administering Windows Server in large-scale production environments,</p></li><li><p>know MS SQL Server very well (backup/restore, performance basics, SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, Always On),</p></li><li><p>can write clear and structured documentation,</p></li><li><p>speak English at B2+ level and are open to shift work and on-call duties.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You'll get extra points for:</b></p><ul><li><p>experience with PowerShell/Python (automation), Azure DevOps (pipelines), Stonebranch UAC,</p></li><li><p>familiarity with <span>Elasticsearch/Prometheus,</span> Microsoft HPC Pack, SCOM,</p></li><li><p>knowledge of Active <span>Directory/GPO/DNS/DHCP,</span> IIS in production, WSFC/Always On, HA/DR for SQL, Git,</p></li><li><p>SRE/24/7 operations experience; <span>Microsoft/Windows/SQL</span> certifications, ITIL.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>administer and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and MS SQL Server 2022 environments,</p></li><li><p>automate tasks and manage CI/CD pipelines using PowerShell, Python, Azure DevOps, and Stonebranch UAC,</p></li><li><p>Support .NET applications, Elasticsearch, and Microsoft HPC Pack,</p></li><li><p>ensure security compliance, manage access rights, and perform patching and audits,</p></li><li><p>handle tickets (L1/L2 triage), communicate in English, and manage SLA/SLO,</p></li><li><p>plan and implement changes (CHG), including in production environments; maintain documentation and runbooks.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Information about the squad:</b></p><p>You’ll join a team responsible for over 300 servers and 4 critical applications used by global clients. We value efficiency -only one daily meeting – short and focused. You’ll receive onboarding support, mentoring, and a structured learning plan for key technologies. We offer a stable employment contract (UoP), annual bonus (13th salary), and a comprehensive benefits package including private medical care, insurance, Multisport card, PPE, hybrid work, company equipment, and subsidies for phone, glasses, tickets, and meals.
