Pay- $30.45-$33.95 base pay + night/weekend premium + ASE certification premium

- Keep Walmart rolling by inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of fleet equipment—from trailers and tractors to yard trucks and service vehicles.
- Diagnose and solve mechanical issues using your skills and company guidelines to ensure safe, efficient operations that meet DOT standards.
- Own the workflow by creating and processing work orders, selecting the best repair solutions, and keeping accurate digital and written records.
- Collaborate and communicate with team members, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth service and timely updates.
- Tackle hands-on tasks like brake system repairs, tire installations, and seal replacements with precision and pride.
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Brake inspection qualification (per FMCSA Section 396.25)
- Vehicle inspection qualification (per FMCSA Section 396.19)
- 2 years' experience in trailer inspection and mechanical repair.
- College or technical school level coursework in Heavy Duty Truck/Trailer Maintenance.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Brake Certification.
- Both Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Department of Transportation (DOT) driver's certification.
- 1 year’s experience in computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing).
- DOT vehicle inspection certification
