POSITION OVERVIEW

DEFTEC Corporation is seeking a Technical SETA to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office (TTO) in its mission to provide or prevent strategic and tactical surprise with very high-payoff, high-risk development and demonstration of revolutionary new platforms in Ground Systems, Maritime (Surface and Undersea) Systems, Air Systems, and Space Systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

• Secret with eligibility for TS/SCI

• BS Degree in Scientific or Technological Discipline

• A technical background is strongly desired with a technical focus in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Counter-UAS.

• Previous DARPA experience is required with a demonstrated ability to create a program initiation pitch

• Management and business experience consistent with technology management support of DARPA Programs

• Experience involving direct engagements with government transition partners and related stakeholders is desired.

• Demonstrated understanding of DoD security guidance, policy, and program execution with respect to starting a new DARPA effort.

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Attention to detail and strong organizational approach/abilities
