Technical Service Representative II

What Will You Do: 

•     Conduct flow audits using technical equipment to capture flow rates, velocity and temperature

•      Coordinate with area sales reps to ensure proper training requirements are met to ensure access to customer facilities

•      Draw and design online mapping of customer sites for reference points during repeat visits

•     Enter heat exchanger audit information to display trending data

•     Attend both on-site and Safety Council training to stay up to date on all required classes to enter sites

•     DISA and TWIC cards must be obtained and remain in good standing at all times

Minimum Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record 

• No immigration sponsorship offered 

Physical Demands: 

• Able to lift and carry 50 pounds 

• Have the ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head 

• Ability to climb stairs and ladders 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 2 years of industry experience 

• Basic problem-solving skills 

• Basic mechanical aptitude
