Senior ROW Agent

Job Description

Overview 

We’re looking for a part-time Senior ROW Agent to join our team in Orlando, FL. This will be an embedded position at our client office in Celebration, FL.

Your role  

• Assist with Utility activities as needed
• Assist with Florida Moving Forward activities as required
• Assist with activities involved with land acquisition, condemnation, relocation assistance, property management, and parcel scheduling.
• Participates in project proposal presentations and negotiations with current and prospective clients.
• Makes recommendations to clients on settlements, changes to existing plans and procedures, and develops plans and programs to achieve desired results, reducing costs and completion time.

• Develops, interprets, and communicates right-of-way policies and procedures in the technical areas of right-of-way.
• Prepares schedules, scopes of work, and provides other technical assistance to clients in the functional elements as needed.
• Participates in preparing project proposals and in project presentations.
• Participates in project quality assurance process in accordance with the company's QCAP program.
• Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

 About you 

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or other related field plus ten years of professional experience in real estate, property management, or other related areas. Without a degree, twenty years professional experience in real estate, property management or other related areas is required.
• Strong communication and report writing skills, and ability to analyze data and negotiate effectively.
• Management and public speaking skills desired.
• Good knowledge of state and federal procedures and statutes.

Additional information 

Expected compensation range is between $62.00 - $80.00/hour depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
