About the position:

Netskope is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Team. This role will primarily be responsible for building and supporting our Service Cloud environment in our GovCloud org, but will also act as a technical resource in our Commercial org. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in leading and executing on technical solution design within a complex Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and support all aspects of Netskope’s Service Cloud environment in our GovCloud org. This includes user maintenance, field and page layout management, case routing, case escalations, and case notifications.
• Manage the customer support community and community users in Experience Cloud for our federal customers
• Work cross functionally with key GTM stakeholders to scope, design, and execute on technical solutions within Salesforce to support key initiatives
• Create and maintain flow automations, validation rules, and approval processes to support solution design 
• Support data integrity between our Commercial org and GovCloud org
• Work closely with other Salesforce Administrators and Developers to support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ within our Commercial org
• Create and maintain process documentation for end users, as well as solution design documentation for the GTM Systems Team
• Proactively monitor for and troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience administering Service Cloud & Experience Cloud at an enterprise SaaS company
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (preferred, but not required)
• Experience working in and maintaining a GovCloud org (preferred, but not required)
• Experience working in a complex Salesforce environment with multiple clouds, including CPQ
• Hands on experience with technical solution design and development using flows
• Familiarity with integrating and managing third party applications with Salesforce
• Experience working with cross functional teams to evaluate business requirements
• Familiarity with standard Salesforce sharing architecture
• Understanding of customer support processes in B2B SaaS environments
• Understanding of Sales business processes, aligned to Lead, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Orders, and Case Objects  
• Ability to work directly with a variety of stakeholders, including Director level and above, to capture business requirements and provide solutions within Salesforce

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
