In a complex and dynamic Cyber security land scape Global Cyberdefense Director, you will be a key milestone on Cybersecurity strategy not only for providing strategic leadership in defining and executing the global cyberdefense strategy aligned with LVMH to proactively protect our organization from advanced cyber threats, but also for elevating Security Operations through unified, cutting-edge, and highly coordinated worldwide Cyber detection and response capabilities across all regions.
As the Sephora Global Cyberdefense Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive global cyberdefense strategy, focusing on risk exposure management unifiying 24/7 Cyber detection and response capabilities, and continuously continuously enhancing the security posture of all digital assets, including on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Your stewardship will ensure ot only the strategic core-modelization and continuous improvement of security operations to effectively close critical gaps in cybersecurity defenses but also to orchestrate a highly efficient and globally coordinated response to complex cyber threats
You will report to Sephora's Global Chief Security Officer and steer the Cyberdefense across cyber operational teams cross regions ensuring consistent security posture across the globe. You will be the organizational bridge, liaising seamlessly with LVMH Cyberdefense and Group Security Operations Center.
In this context, we are looking for a seasoned professional to coordinate worldwide cyberdefense team and, more precisely:
· Manage risk exposure through advanced asset management practices and threat intelligence.
· Define, implement, and continuously measure the security posture of all digital assets against evolving threats.
· Increase efficiency of cyber organization and tooling
· Lead the unification and standardization of 24/7 Cyber detection and response capabilities across all regions.
· Develop and govern comprehensive cross-region crisis management processes.
· Be the referent in the LVMH Group Cyberdefense community.
· Provide leadership, and strategic guidance to the Global Cyberdefense Operations Manager and regional cyber operations teams.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
· Define, strategize, and coordinate global cyberdefense initiatives, establishing a robust Cyberdefense core model, comprehensive roadmap, and critical prioritization based on budget, capacity, and risk factors.
· Establish, update and govern cyberdefense policies and procedures aligned with the Group LVMH based on Sephora risks and priorities
· Lead and empower Cyber ops and cross-regional teams, in the enforcement of the Cyberdefense core model to ensure seamless integration and optimal operation of security solutions.
· Mobilize and direct cross-regional teams to proactively enhance the security posture of digital assets through continuous advanced monitoring, targeted vulnerability assessments, and the implementation of state-of-the-art security measures.
· Architect, lead, and ensure the successful unification and standardization of cyber detection and response capabilities across all regions, guaranteeing 24/7 availability and effectiveness.
· Develop and maintain cross-region incident response plans and protocols
· Provide expert guidance and support to regional Cyberdefense teams and the Global Cyberdefense Operations Manager in leading complex incident response efforts, crisis management, and recovery plans following security breaches.
· Orchestrate and drive thorough post-mortem analyses and lesson learned reviews of significant security incidents to define and implement cross-region strategic action plans.
