THE JOB: 

The Slot Machine Mechanic is responsible for installing, relocating, and repairing slot machines and related equipment, such as ticket redemption machines and token dispensers, in line with departmental policies and procedures. In this role, you will be a key player in our mission to own the guest experience and create WOW moments—crafting memorable experiences that guests will carry with them long after their stay.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $36.41 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Slot Machine Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair slot machines to maintain peak performance and ensure seamless operation.

• Installations and Modifications: Handle installations, conversions, and modifications of slot machines and related equipment as needed.

• Technical Knowledge Advancement: Stay current with the latest repair techniques and technological advancements in slot machine equipment.

• Jackpot Verification Support: Conduct jackpot verifications and assist with hopper refills as required to ensure smooth payout processes.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in slot machine repair or a related field.

• Availability: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and squat throughout the shift, and comfortably lift or move items weighing up to 75 pounds.

• Attention to Detail: Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on ensuring slot machines are safe, fully operational, and compliant with industry standards.
