WESTLAKE WARRIOR | Regional Credit Analyst
Brief Descriptions: The Regional Credit Analyst will be responsible for increasing sales in their specified
region. This includes managing dealer accounts, granting credit exceptions within their designated
“exception box,” assisting in the loan originations process, and acting as a liaison between dealerships
and Westlake’s corporate offices. In addition, the team member is responsible for, maintaining account
management software, producing month end reports and completion of marketing projects and
assignments.
This individual will primarily interact with dealerships and impacted customers, but will also have broad
interaction with other internal departments, including Originations, Marketing, and Operations.
The successful candidate is self-directed in work prioritization and demonstrates superior judgment making ability within the scope of the position’s areas of responsibility. The associate will perform all
duties in accordance with Westlake policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.
DUTIES, TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to)
• Manage dealer relationships through phone calls, faxes and follow up.
• Grant Buy Program exceptions on deals within their designated “credit exception authority box.”
• Market program guidelines through communications with dealerships in the assigned region.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from deals submitted by dealerships.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Maintain current client relationships.
• Prepare paperwork to maintain dealership accounts.
• Manage account services through quality checks.
• Identify and resolve dealership concerns pertaining to deal approvals or submissions.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, or information to
dealerships.
• Work with the Westlake Originations department to expedite the acquisition of contracts
submitted by dealers.
• Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce dealer attrition.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
• Assist with on-the-job training to new sales employees.

COMPENSATION PLAN
- Annual Total Comp $64,000.00 = Total max comp before Target Relationship Bonuses
- Annual Base $34,902.40 = $17.28/hr
- The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable

EDUCATION
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
