Summary

The IT Systems Manager/Director leads the planning, development, and management of the organization’s technology infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable systems that support business operations. This role plays a critical part in aligning technology strategy with organizational goals, particularly as we continue to grow in the hospitality and tourism industries. ***Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience.***

Responsibilities

• Role Model: Delivers excellent guest service to internal and external customers in line with the organization’s mission, culture, and values.
• System Management: Oversees the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications. Ensure all partners are adhering to the organizational processes and procedures.
• Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Resource Allocation: Prioritizing help desk tickets based on urgency and importance, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly.  
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive docum
