Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Technical Product Manager (AI) in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a Technical Product Manager (AI), you will be part of a highly skilled Product Management team, supporting the international Product Management activities. The Product is based on cutting-edge technologies and is delivered in several countries via large-scale international projects.

As a Technical Product Manager (AI) you will contribute to :

• Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to help define the product vision, creating and maintaining the product roadmap, and ensuring viability, feasibility and usability of product
• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Translate customer and business needs into clear technical requirements, write epics and features, and define acceptance criteria to guide the development team
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful prioritization, Go-to-market strategies, and product iterations while advise project teams on how to optimally use the product to meet customer requirements and assist with the configuration
• Monitoring Product Performance & Risk: Identify risks and suggest mitigation plans, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the product and operational success, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous product iterations

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Product Management, IT Business or Data Analysis role with a  technical foundation in software products utilizing data and machine learning technologies
• Proven hands-on experience in the development, deployment, and optimization of data-driven products, with a focus on integrating machine learning models and advanced analytics into product features
• Experience working with data pipelines, data analysis, and with databases (SQL, Python, Drools) and cloud platforms (Azure)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work cross-functionally to bring products to market
• Strong analytical skills, balancing feasibility, customer needs, and business goals
• Data-driven approach in dynamic environments
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field. and/or knowledge of the French language
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., AirFlow, PySpark) and how they can be applied to product features 
• Expertise in enhancing products with AI/ML, including recommendation systems, personalization, and predictive analytics
• Experience with Public Sector business processes (e.g., Revenue, Banking, Insurance, Customs) as an IT consultant
• Understanding of software development processes, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
