Starting Pay: $24.00/hour

Schedule: Sat-Sun & Thurs 2300-0700

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the security of all personnel and materials entering and exiting the facility
• This role involves managing the screening process, which includes controlling access, verifying identities, and conducting thorough checks of employees, contractors, and visitors
• The supervisor will lead a team of screening officers, ensuring that they follow established protocols and adhere to the client's high-security standards
• Responsibilities include monitoring security systems, ensuring compliance with security policies, coordinating responses to security breaches, and training staff on best practices
• In addition, the Screening Supervisor will collaborate with other security and data center teams to maintain a secure, efficient environment. A key part of the role is to ensure that all security measures are carried out without disrupting operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Supervisor Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older 
• High School Diploma or GED required 
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Must be proficient in technology (computer, phones, patrol devices and email communication)
• Must have strong leadership skills and communication skills
• Prior security and supervisor related experience required 
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-stress situations are essential for success in this role.
