Location: 100% Remote (US) | Appointment: Full-Time, 12-Month, Non-Tenure Track
Are you passionate about expanding access to education and shaping the future of Digital Marketing? The School of Business & Professional Studies at the University of Massachusetts Global is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven faculty member to join our fully remote academic community starting August 2026 This full-time appointment is anticipated at the Assistant Professor level, with consideration for Associate Professor based on experience.

Required qualifications:
- Master’s in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or other closely related field.
- Knowledge of and experience with ACBSP standards.
- Minimum three years of demonstrated success teaching in an online asynchronous learning environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering current, market-relevant, and engaging curriculum, assessments, and learning activities in an online-first LMS.
- Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention.
- Ability to engage collegially and collaboratively with faculty, staff, and professionals across disciplines.
- Committed to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in respect, openness, and constructive dialogue.
- Must reside in the United States.
Preferred qualifications:
- Doctorate in Business with Marketing or related emphasis and/or experience or other closely related field.
- Possession of relevant certifications.
- Experience designing programs aligned with AMA, DMI, or OMCA guidelines.
- Current industry or applied experience in marketing, digital marketing, marcom, or marketing operations
- Involvement in related professional and academic associations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, support, and train adjuncts in an online environment.
Responsibilities for this position:
- Design, deliver, and oversee online courses across Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing and related disciplines.
- Mentor adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders.
- Participate in service to the discipline and the institution, both internally and externally.
