Description
The Product Line Manager will have overall responsibility and accountability for the performance of a Product Line.
What you will be responsible for:
- Carry out tactical and operational objectives to support the distribution of a product line
- Work with the manufacturing partner and sales team to bring technical product support to the end customer
- Execute product line strategy by engaging with the sales team and customers to receive and analyze product feedback
- Perform inventory forecasting and planning in accordance with a set budget
- Manage inventory placement in foreign warehouses
- Manage operational issues with receiving, quality control, and shipping
- Supervisory responsibilities
Qualifications
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in account management, sales, product management, engineering, manufacturing or inventory planning required.
- Prior experience in the aviation industry a plus.
- Prior direct supervisory experience a plus.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. [In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.] AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life/and AD&D insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
