SUMMARY:

The Supply Room Clerk is responsible for managing the inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment as it relates to production operations at the Dewey Plant. They ensure all items are properly received, stored, and distributed to various departments as needed. This role involves maintain accurate records, tracking stock levels, and reordering supplies to prevent shortages.

1. Responsible for maintaining stocking and inventory system for supply room and satellite supply sites.
2. Responsible for keeping the supply room and outside area clean and organized.
3. Responsible for receipt of materials and disposition after receipt.
4. Responsible for issuing material from the Supply Room.
5. Responsible for alerting associates of items received in the supply room.
6. Responsible for maintaining and refilling MSC vending machine.
7. Responsible for the processing of Special Purchase Requisitions
8. Responsible for the charging out of Special Purchase Orders and Semi-Automatic orders. (Monitoring items on control)
9. Responsible for the supply issue of in/out quantity in sap report MB1A and the cycle counting of those 6xxxxxxxxx materials in the supply room inventory, each quarter.
10. Responsible for the material returned to vendors.
