Duties and Responsibilities
The Sr. ISA Business Analyst position will be responsible for the evaluation of current Motorist Systems and make any updates for legislative WRAPs and change request for Motorist Modernization and/or Operations. This position will support the IT organization as well as expertise in the business support units they support. This position is required to have a strategic focus and act as a primary liaison between FLHSMV members, the tax collector community and other stakeholders to provide business information that will be transformed into technical solutions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Five years of motorist application software and/or processes experience
- Strong knowledge of Blueprint procedures and functionality, including the ability to understand, evaluate and write actionable user stories, document acceptance criteria and business requirements, create mockups and wireframes to show the usability and functionality of the application when required
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Ability to facilitate medium to large groups of people at various organizational levels for the purposes of planning, problem solving, or strategy development.
- Ability to evaluate IT systems and business processes
- Excellent knowledge of the systems and capabilities of the IT organization as well as expertise in the business support units they support
- Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Assist the Jr. level Business Analyst and the Enterprise Planning Consultants as needed
- Excellent at organizing, verbal and written communication, teaching and presentations
