Job Description

Our site supporting our client in Rensselaer, NY has multiple openings for experienced and dynamic leaders.

Individuals working in any of these roles will:

• Oversees a team of 3-8 individual contributors in either technical or non-technical spaces
• Supports and monitors team performance
• Supports the hiring and on-boarding process of new employees
• Participates in training of employees
• Performs peer review of data.
• Participates in specific position-focused requirements for individual contributors

Qualifications

You may be a fit for any of the above positions if you have some of the following experiences:

• At least 7 years of experience in the Biopharma industry
• Experience in leadership
• Technical skills in backgrounds like Analytical Chemistry or Microbiology
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer and scientific skills
• GMP lab experience is required for all positions.
• At least bachelor's degree in a life science field.

Additional Information

Positions are full-time and permanent.

Microbiology Leader: Tuesday-Saturday, 7am-3:30pm with overtime as needed.

All other positions are Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm with overtime as needed.

• Base Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour; any 2nd shift position will pay an additional 10% shift differential on top of this base pay.
