Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated engineer to support the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC). The individual will assess the existing future space order of battle (FORSITE) database and develop a new web-based FORSITE+ capability.

Job Duties

• Review the current FORSITE database and provide recommended solutions for hosting the database on NASIC’s GovCloud platform
• Develop against the prioritized list of FORSITE+ requirements
• Perform testing to ensure FORSITE+ meets all capability requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another relevant technical field)
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community classification markings
• Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with other internal and external stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms
• Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with Space Body of Knowledge (SpaBoK) 2.0 databse
• Experience supporting US Government Science & Technology Intelligence Centers
