About the role
<p>Manage the co-ordination of the Civil work packages on this hyperscale project.</p><p>• Manage a project team of 20+ including, package managers, design managers, engineers and site supervisors.</p><p>• Support your team in managing 10+ subcontractors with a combined package value in excess of €100m.</p><p>• Oversee contractor’s design elements of the project, ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of construction on-site.</p><p>• Ensure BIM processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out works under your supervision.</p><p>• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with safety personnel (including set-up, management and close out).</p><p>• Management of Site QA in conjunction the Projects team.</p><p>• Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are adhered to.</p>
