PURPOSE STATEMENT

Rich Products is looking for a collaborative, self-directed, and globally focused individual to join our team to support Rich Product’s corporate global growth strategy.  In this role, you will routinely work with leaders from across the globe and at World Headquarters (WHQ) to create new solutions that meet business needs.

The Sr. Manager Enterprise Experience Platforms reports to the Applications and Development Services Platform leader, and is responsible for the successful expansion, design, delivery, and implementation of Experience Platforms solutions to enable business capabilities and services across the enterprise. As the leader for Enterprise Experience Platforms, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that maximize the effectiveness of our Enterprise Experience Platform application stack which includes supporting our ERPs, and applications in the Finance, HR, Legal and FSQA functional area. 

This leader holds responsibility for advising cross-functional teams to implement data and system integration within an organization. Responsibilities include leading, guiding, and coordinating cross-application/platform integration to support on-time delivery of business projects and initiatives. In this capacity, the employee will focus on building/maintaining a trusted relationship with business functions and regions, enhancing the existing IT solutions, and executing a platform roadmap and strategy in coordination with the Global Applications and Infrastructure teams. In addition, the employee will play a key role in Rich’s transition to the newest SAP platform, S/4 HANA.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

•    Lead the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise experience platform applications, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements and align with business objectives.
•    Partnering with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and other Digital product teams as well user community to ensure successful and timely capturing of business requirements.
•    Oversee the integration of Enterprise experience platform applications with other systems and platforms, such as data warehouses, reporting tools, and external interfaces, to ensure smooth data flow and efficient business processes.
•    Manage a team of analysts, and administrators responsible for application support, and maintenance. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
•    Lead/Support prototyping, blueprinting functional design, and cross-module integration, and guide the business in utilizing the platform functionality to the best extent possible, including reviewing business processes and system integration challenges.
•    Make sure SAP out of the box (global template) is adhered to and need to validate/address any deviations.
•    Identifying capabilities, tools, standards, and best practices necessary to meet functional area objectives, emerging issues, and future needs.
•    Working with Enterprise Architects and the business to successfully perform gap analysis for complex projects and to translate the business requirements and business processes into functional design specifications.
•    Utilizing industry best practices to analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, implement, and manage enterprise architecture, its associated contents, and data supporting ERP migration across multi-functional domain areas.
•    Providing expert technical and analytical advice relating to information management issues and information technology.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Required:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
•    10 years’ experience in progressive application portfolio leadership 
•    Demonstrated experience developing relationships with cross-functional teams/departments
