Job Overview:

The RN RTS Bereavement Services Coordinator integrates National RTS Bereavement Program support services for bereaved families in accordance with departmental and hospital policies/procedures. The RN RTS Bereavement Services Coordinator assists with education/training, participates in various programs/activities, including Hand in Hand Perinatal Palliative Care, Common Burial Services, Walk to Remember, and various fund-raising activities.  Coordinator maintains reports and provides follow-up contact with families as appropriate.
