Counter Sales Representative

• Answering incoming calls, interacting professionally with walk in customers 

• Utilize computer business systems and electronic catalogues to research parts

• Provide customer pricing and availability 

• Process parts invoices and obtain payment 

• Process returned items by inspecting items, returning payment, issuing credit, re-shelving items and returning items to suppliers.

• Maintain an attractive parts retail display area 

• Enhance job knowledge by continually participating in online training modules and supplier training on new products 

• Manage customer requests for parts warranty and administer supplier procedures 

• Contact customers regarding parts promotional opportunities

• Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner
