Information Systems Analyst III - Remote - AS Informatics Clinical and Business - Full Time - 8 Hour - Days

Job Description:

The Information System Analyst III analyzes software applications and business data to ensure accurate findings and applicable recommendations. He/She relies upon conceptual knowledge, analytical methods, and problem solving skills to perform assignments and improve efficiencies within existing applications. The Analyst provides ITS solutions and services which ultimately contribute to patient safety and care.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related field Required

• Experience/alternative degree may be considered in lieu of education.

Experience:

• 4 years Technology Environment Required with

• 2 years Healthcare Setting

• Support, maintenance, and training of a specific information system Required

• Quality Metrics or Meaningful Use Workflows

• Health Maintenance Configuration and Maintenance

• Best Practice Advisory Configuration and Maintenance

• CER Rule Build

• Smart Form Design

• Smart Data Element Build

• Radar/Reporting Workbench Experience

Additional Experience:

• Equivalent clinical experience will be considered in lieu of experience in a technology environment.

Certifications/Licensures:

• Epic - Certification and/or Proficiency in an appropriate Epic application Required

• Vendor Certification - Required by Vendor

Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures used within any business applications environment.

• Familiarity with specific applications for area of concentration.

• Extensive experience and knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook).

Work Shift:

Exempt Days (Mon-Fri) (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$61.72 - $92.58

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
