About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the application packages for COTS and GOTS products used in our customer’s environment.
  • As a member of the Desktop Support Team, support application packaging for a Windows 10 deployment as well as other COTS products such as Cisco AnyConnect, DB2 Runtime, Cisco Proximity, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Candidate should have strong familiarity with packaging Adobe Acrobat applications, updates and patches
  • Candidate should be familiar with Desktop Image Task Sequencing
  • Act as the point of contact for the Desktop Support Team for technical support regarding packages and SCCM deployments.
  • Interacts well with end users and peer to support Desktop services for onsite and remote users.
  • Create and submit Change Requests (CR’s) for newly developed packages as well as updates and maintenance
  • Design, develop, evaluate, and modify systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle. Generate quantifiable requirements based on customer description, system planning and design, and acquisition logistics.
  • Ensure requirements comply with client requirements and government standards through formal verification methods. Translate high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and works with other engineering disciplines to develop lower-level detailed implementation requirements.
  • Review test plans/procedures and ensure they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements.

Qualifications

  • BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
  • BS Degree with 5-7 years related experience, MS Degree with 3-5 years’ experience, PhD Degree with 0-2 years’ experience or HS Diploma with 9-11 years’ experience.
  • Must have U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
  • Experience with SCCM, Windows, PowerShell and Intune.

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
