Goldfarb Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Porter (Overnight) for a luxury residential apartment complex in New York, NY. This person will report to the facilities manager and/or superintendent.

Requirements

**Responsibilities**

• Manage general cleanliness of all assigned work areas
• Manage interior/exterior cleanliness of the building
• Trash removal and operation of trash compactor
• Care for property owned maintenance equipment

**Requirements**

• Ability to use cleaning equipment is a must
• Good communication skills, bilingual (Spanish/English a plus)
• Prior maintenance/janitorial experience required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Holidays and weekends
• Team player
• Highly motivated - independent worker
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
