SALARY: $104,800-$124,450, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

If you are interest in a hands-on, continuous improvement oriented, fast-paced role in a world class distribution environment then our Senior Operations Manager role is for you. In this role you will lead a team to manage delivery processes, to ensure excellent process performance and product quality in a fast paced environment. This is an opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, build relationship and influencing skills as well as technical skills. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead and engage a team of 25+ union Drivers and 2 Supervisors to service 300 retailers daily (M-F) throughout King County while driving positive results in productivity and service level

  • Utilize Anheuser-Busch’s management system through routine meetings and KPI tracking, showcasing the process and metric improvements in an annual audit

  • Collaborate with Sales team to optimize route-to-market processes that help meet sales objectives while minimizing operational cost

  • Work alongside our contracted fleet department to ensure proper equipment availability for the delivery drivers

  • Manage and operate within a union contract

  • Develop annual budgets and capital requests for the Delivery department and monitor expenses on a monthly basis

  • Requirements to attend morning Driver huddles (4:15AM start) with AM Supervisor minimum 2x per month

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree with business, logistics, or engineering knowledge

  • 2-5 years of experience in management, preferably in a beverage wholesaler

  • Willingness to relocate to other Anheuser-Busch locations in the future

  • Knowledge of best practices in delivery operations and ability to drive and implement change in a complex environment

  • Demonstrated strengths - leadership, planning, communication, analytical, complex problem-solving, and ability to influence

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various groups, handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results that exceed expectations

  • Familiarity with A-B delivery logistics tools (Roadnet, Fleetloader, VIP) preferred
