About the TeamThe Enterprise Document Management Platform team is responsible for managing over 15 billion customer related documents to support critical servicing and business needs. We build and own reusable capabilities across the end to end document lifecycle. We’re looking for a Product Manager to manage the platform’s real-time ingestion, deletion, and redaction capabilities which supports use cases for clients across the Enterprise. The individual will play a key role in safeguarding sensitive data and building capabilities to serve our clients in a well-managed way.
What you’ll do:
Demonstrate a knowledge and passion for backend products, API integrations, and Gen AI/ML capabilities
Lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features for our internal customers and agents
Build a roadmap, own the backlog and prioritize high-leverage features grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence and advance your agenda
Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes

Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
