About the role

About this role:

This role manages the production and delivery of enterprise-wide communications, including confidential and time-sensitive messaging. This position oversees real-time distribution across internal and external channels, ensuring compliance with publishing standards and regulatory requirements.  Additionally, this individual will collaborate with communicators, digital products and technology teams to drive process improvements and enhance the user experience.  This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN.  The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Business Execution Consultant.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage real-time dispositioning and ensure timely distribution of communications
  • Publish content to internal websites and external portals using various content management systems
  • Create, schedule, and send executive-level communications via proprietary email platforms
  • Monitor workflows to ensure compliance with publishing standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Generate distribution compliance reports and support testing for application enhancements
  • Serve as a liaison between publishing and technology teams, escalating issues as needed
  • Ensure accessibility compliance across all platforms and content (e.g., WCAG standards)
  • Collaborate with publishing, communications, and technology to support sensitive enterprise content


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience publishing digital content across multiple platforms, including SharePoint Online and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Experience using HTML and email publishing tools to execute and troubleshoot content delivery

  • Experience applying accessibility standards (WCAG) to web and email content

  • Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting platform enhancements

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, to support enterprise-wide initiatives

  • 401 South Tryon Street - Charlotte, NC ($87,000 - $140,000)

  • 600 South 4th Street - Minneapolis, MN ($96,000 - $154,000)
