As a Warehouse Worker at Sharpcontra, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse through the timely and accurate handling of goods. This includes receiving, organizing, and shipping products in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Organize and store products in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Ensure inventory is accurately counted and updated in the system.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with regular inventory audits and quality control checks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery (training provided if needed).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends if required.
