<p><strong>About The Role</strong></p> <p><strong>Managing Partner – Media Planning</strong></p> <p>Join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of media planning for our clients. As a Managing Partner, you’ll help drive strategic growth, strengthen senior client partnerships and lead innovative media strategies that deliver measurable impact. Working with high-profile brands and a talented team of planners and specialists, you’ll help define the direction of our media offering while creating an environment where people and ideas thrive.</p> <p>You’ll work hand in hand with the Chief Planning Officer, leading the vision, quality and output excellence across a 110 strong community of planners, with c. 10 senior planning direct reports.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do </strong></p> <ul> <li>Set the strategic vision for media planning, aligning agency goals with client and market opportunities</li> <li>Lead the development of integrated media strategies across traditional, digital and emerging channels</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building strong long-term partnerships</li> <li>Drive new business growth through pitches, partnerships and market opportunity identification</li> <li>Oversee media planning operations, including budgets, profitability and resource allocation</li> <li>Define and track campaign KPIs, using data and analytics to optimise performance and demonstrate ROI</li> <li>Champion innovation, including the use of emerging technologies such as AI to enhance performance and creativity</li> <li>Build, lead and develop a diverse, high-performing team in a collaborative and supportive environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <ul> <li>Senior leadership experience within a media agency environment</li> <li>A strong track record managing complex campaigns and high-profile client relationships</li> <li>Confidence presenting to and partnering with C-suite stakeholders</li> <li>Deep knowledge of the UK media landscape and emerging industry trends</li> <li>A strategic, analytical mindset with a passion for measurable impact</li> <li>Leadership skills that empower teams and support professional growth</li> </ul> <p>This role offers the opportunity to shape agency growth, influence industry-leading campaigns and develop both people and partnerships at the highest level.</p> <p><strong>About the Agency:</strong></p> <p>PHD UK is a growth-focused media agency driven by innovation and creativity.&nbsp; It is the reigning <strong>Campaign AND Media Week Awards Media Agency of the Year</strong> and in March 20
