Responsibilities of the role

As a member of our team, you will responsible for order management and customer service for Central America, Caribbean, Bolivia and Ecuador. Tasks include control of 100% of P&G Health orders since customer entry until final delivery, manage customer specific requests and ensuring P&G gives the best service in the market.

Administrative processes related to order processing.

• Ensure 100% orders are delivered complete, on time and within P&G standards.
• Customer service -> Raise the bar with service in each market we serve P&G health products.
• Collaboration and communication with commercial teams -> Effective and proactive communication, anticipating needs, seeking solutions to challenges related to product supply.
• Data analysis -> Effective interpretation of information to drive strategic decision making and detection of improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• English B2+
• Excell & Power BI experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
• Problem solving via innovation & creativity
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
