We are seeking a dynamic, forward thinking Human Resources Generalist - Strategy & Integration Leader to support the HR Director of Boeing Global Services (BGS) Cabin, Modifications & Maintenance, and Digital Services organizations. This high impact role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic alignment and integration across a diverse and evolving portfolio- from mature operations to standing up a new Digital Services organization and developing a strong people strategy for Boeing Encore Interiors (BEI).

This role demands a proactive strategist and integrator- someone who can take a holistic view across the enterprise, functions and geographies, anticipate future needs and translate insights into meaningful action. You’ll be the center of shaping the HR strategy, operating rhythm, identifying strategic leverage points and partnering across stakeholders to ensure our HR efforts support business growth, cultural evolution and organizational excellence.

This position will be based in Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA; Long Beach, CA; or Mesa, AZ.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of HR strategies that align to business priorities across CMM and Digital Services.
  • Identify integration opportunities across functions and teams to streamline efforts, reduce duplication, and enhance impact.
  • Fully leverage data and predictive people analytics to answer questions and drive out insight that supports the business.
  • Drive alignment of people strategies with local and global HR plans.
  • Lead or co-lead talent initiatives that promote capability building, succession readiness, and workforce planning.
  • Provide strategic counsel and thought partnership to the HR Director and Sr. HRBP’s.
  • Establish and maintain HR operating rhythms, including management of the HR Directors calendar to ensure alignment to business and HR priorities, strategic planning cycles, talent reviews and performance updates at the HR and business level.
  • Anticipate and sequence strategic conversations, engagements and reviews to drive clarity, integration, and momentum across a complex portfolio.
  • Co-ordinate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure preparation, follow up and timing of key decisions and events.
  • Lead, support, and collaborate the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. Annual Compensation Review (ACR), succession planning, executive movement, etc.).
  • Partner across centers of excellence, business unit HR, and global regions to ensure strategies are connected and executed effectively.
  • Translate key deliverables into actionable plans for the organization.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Review and track performance against priorities, business plans and budget.
  • Prepare meeting content and agendas, including relevant data in preparation for leadership briefings and talent meetings.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
  • 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
  • 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
  • Experience looking across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
