JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Accepting payments for fuel and aviation services from pilots and tenants.    
  • Working closely with line service personnel, airlines, and flight crews to relay fuel order requests and any other requested aviation services. 
  • Other miscellaneous airport services to include office and other customer service tasks. 

Previous experience working in an airport environment is preferred but not required.  Possess excellent communication and customer service/hospitality skills. Ability to manage multi-line phone system and computer skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office is required.    

Hours per week may range from 16 to 24 hours on Friday thru Sunday with shifts assigned 7:00 am to 10:30 pm.   Must be 21 or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent; have a valid driver's license; and must also be able to pass a FBI 10 year criminal history check and TSA and security threat assessment.  

This job requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid US driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
