Merchant Operations Project Intern (TikTok Shop - US Operation) - 2025 Start(BS/MS)

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. This internship will be project based. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally.

Responsibilities

1. Merchant Performance Monitoring:

- Track and analyze merchant KPIs (GMV, CTR, conversion rates) to flag underperforming accounts.

- Assist in generating weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

2. Mass Communication Support:

- Help draft and schedule email/SMS campaigns for merchant education (e.g., policy updates, best practices).

- Moderate community hubs (Discord/Telegram) by answering FAQs and escalating complex issues.

3. Process Optimization:

- Organize merchant feedback to identify common pain points for process improvements.

- Assist in building a self-service resource library (e.g., video tutorials, troubleshooting guides).

4. Project Coordination:

- Support cross-functional initiatives (marketing, product) by documenting merchant requirements.

- Track and update merchant intervention pipelines in Asana/JIRA.
