A fast-growing Dermatology practice with multiple locations throughout New York City is searching for a friendly, driven, hard-working Operations Assistant.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who would like to begin their career in the medical industry. The ideal candidate has 1+ years experience as an Operations Assistant and strong communication and leadership skills. The open job position requires you to be available to work full time.

Responsibilities for Operations Assistant

• Work closely with the President of Operations to oversee daily business operations
• Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
• Attending to any correspondence and emails by managers, clients and contractors
• Keep updated on bills and orders 

Qualifications for Operations Assistant

• Experience in a business work environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint applications
• An eye for attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
• Ability to work sitting down in front of a computer for long hours every day
