Job Summary:

In this role, you will provide IT operational/technical project support. You will define the IT infrastructure, network, and communication requirements for site offices, implement and support hardware deployments, and evaluate new software upgrades and enhancements. Your work will ensure information technology is tailored to the project, driving successful outcomes and client satisfaction.  #LI-TN1

Major Responsibilities:

Level 1

• Provides IT operational/technical support on small to medium scale projects and/or acts as a lead for a small team  
• Implements and supports IT hardware deployments and network infrastructure systems following and adhering to Corporate, GBU and Project IT procedures, standards, and security requirements 
• Builds and updates the standard GBU software portfolio with GBU functional and corporate input 
• Coordinates and conducts evaluations of new software and evaluates new upgrades, enhancements, and security patches 
• Participates in the development of the standard GBU processes, policies, and procedures 
• Participates in IS&T and automation/IM Planning for proposals, studies, and projects 
• Leads requirements reviews with functions and other business stakeholders. 
• Develops moderately complex IT reports, dashboards and automates workflows 
• Provides metrics for IS&T governance compliance. 
• Provides input to technical scopes of work for contractors 

Level 2

• Provides IT operational/technical support on small to medium scale projects and/or a medium level of complexity, scope, and activities; and/or acts as a lead for a small team

Education and Experience Requirements:

Level 1

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experienc

Level 2

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10  years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Level 1

• Career-level position within field​

• Professional with an understanding of area of specialization, resolves a wide range of issues

Level 2
