As a Breakfast Cook for Traditions Hospitality Group in our full-service establishment, you'll be an essential part of our culinary team, responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes to delight our guests. Your dedication to excellence in food preparation and presentation will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences each day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cranking out delicious breakfast and lunch favorites — all from scratch — with consistency and flair.
• Owning your station in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while keeping standards sky-high.
• Working with fresh ingredients and classic recipes (with room for creativity!).
• Staying organized and cool under pressure, even when the ticket rail is full.
• Being a team player and keeping the vibe in the kitchen positive, even during the rush.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant or scratch kitchen (breakfast experience is a big plus!).
• Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail — you can handle the heat and keep it consistent.
• A passion for great food and pride in your craft.
• Dependability, hustle, and a strong work ethic.
• Someone who’s energized by the pace, not drained by it.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely preparation and service of breakfast meals.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
• Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, especially during peak breakfast service times.
• Follow instructions from chefs and supervisors to meet guest expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
