More at <a href="https://protect-eu.mimecast.com/s/5CMjCMj6mivqpyEFJ2Ax7?domain=vialto.com">www.vialto.com</a></p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li><p>Proactively monitors the immigration process for a portfolio of clients;</p></li><li><p>Ensures compliance in Germany regarding immigration procedures;</p></li><li><p>Works structured, pro-actively, precisely;</p></li><li><p>Monitors KPIs and SLAs;</p></li><li><p>Acts as go-to person for clients;</p></li><li><p>Makes pro-active suggestions to process and efficiency initiatives;</p></li><li><p>Focuses on engagement budgets &amp;amp; profitability;</p></li><li><p>Manages VIP cases;</p></li><li><p>Communicates effectively, internally and externally;</p></li><li><p>Works efficiently with cross-functional teams and other offices;</p></li><li><p>Participates in and contribute to RFPs;</p></li><li><p>Acts as a speaker at client seminars and webcasts;</p></li><li><p>Contributes to develop and lead a team of high performing specialists and associates;</p></li><li><p>Drives risk management checks for new and ongoing clients.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Expert knowledge - </strong>Admitted lawyer with detailed knowledge of the field of German immigration law. Insights into foreign legal systems and EU legislation is an advantage. Experience with German labor law and/or Social Security related topics is a plus</p></li><li><p><strong>Professional experience -</strong> Min. 6 years of work experience in an international visa and immigration environment. Proven track record of managing large client programs</p></li><li><p><strong>Communication and analytical skills - </strong>Excellent written and verbal communicational and interpersonal sensitivity. Superior language written, and oral communication skills in German and English are required. </p></li><li><p><strong>Analytical Skills - </strong>Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Good ability to prioritize workload and get organized</p></li><li><p><strong>Passion - </strong>Strong team player, business judgment, strategic thinking, and work ethic, willingness to travel. Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and a proactive approach.</p></li><li><strong>Responsibility - </strong>Experienced in people management. Strong client service skills.
