Position Summary
The Vice-President, Infrastructure and Governance is responsible for executing strategic technology priorities to scale with a growing enterprise IT infrastructure roadmap. This includes HITRUST compliance, supporting the design and execution of a new data platform, managing software/hardware implementations, and providing leadership to engineering and service desk team members.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategic planning for technology infrastructure, information system assets, data management, and enterprise security.
- Full operational responsibility for IT and telecommunication and service
desk functions.
- Ensures management of maintenance, processing, performance, facilities infrastructure, and technical support activities
- Engage, build, and partner with executives and key stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Responsible for protection of IT including prevention of data breaches, monitoring, and response to cyber-attacks.
- Optimize the IT function to meet the demands and the supply capacity of the teams to prioritize the assignment of resources.
- Drive the improvement of service desk product and customer delivery.
- Build and optimize the evolving needs to support the data and integration strategies.
- Remain current on emerging technology that can improve department and organizational performance.

Education/Experience:
- Ten plus (10+) years of relevant work experience in progressing leadership roles (IT general, programming, application development, SLA management, etc.) and/or a master’s required.
- Three (3) years relevant executive-level work experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in people management including demonstrated experience in mentoring and growing resources.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management methodology and structures
- Preferred experience with professional services organizations including staffing and consulting company experience.
- Preferred experience with acquisitions and impacts on IT.
- Requires strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Travel:
25-50% travel for organizational meetings/events
