Spreetail is hiring a Senior Fulfillment Operations Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operations at our Greenwood, Indiana, fulfillment center. This is an excellent opportunity to develop, lead, and coach employees while optimizing our fulfillment center.

How you will achieve success:

  • Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are within tolerance of their intended outcomes, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, along with the ability to fully understand, drive, and ensure compliance with all Spreetail Fulfillment Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Provides recommendations on future equipment and optimization of technology and develops and effectively leads multiple Operations Managers and Area Managers.
  • Responsible for ensuring the optimization of freight flow throughout the entire facility and owning and driving continuous improvement projects to optimize FC processes.
  • Ensure proper labor planning is completed at multiple facilities to manage domestic and international inbound freight and daily on-time shipping expectations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead a positive and collaborative culture throughout the facility and thrive in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected.

What experiences will help you in this role:

  • Intermediate level computer proficiency.  
  • Proficient in Excel, plan forecasting and analysis.  
  • Process mapping and SOP documentation ability.  
  • Scorecard and dashboard performance management.  
  • Individual development plan(s) management and proven ability to develop and promote entry-level talent. 

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of management or leadership experience.  
  • Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. routinely throughout the workday.  
  • Ability to stand for 95% of the workday.  
  • Strong Leadership and planning skills and shows strong Communication skills – both written and verbal.  
  • Maintain flexibility to work some weekends and long hours during busy work periods.
