Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a per diem Short Stay RN to join our dynamic team in the Surgical Services department.

As a Short Stay RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from surgical procedures or awaiting inpatient admission. This unit typically supports patients requiring observation or short-term post-operative care. The RN works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care.

What you'll need:

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing required
• Current AHA BLS required
• (ACLS required within 90 days of employment)
• CNOR preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Specialty areas may require additional experience, certifications, and licenses

• • Two (2) years of pre/post op preferred
  • One (1) years of PACU/Med Surg/ICU/ED experience preferred

Schedule: Per Diem; 0-16 hours/week; Variable Shift
