We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to join our Secure Software IP team.</p><p></p><p>You will be part of a highly talented team developing secure high-performance security software for next generation products in different market segments (payment, identification, mobile, IoT, Automotive, …).</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Drive the definition of requirements and specifications in close cooperation with architects and customer stakeholders</li><li>Create project plans in line with business requirements</li><li>Monitor and control the progress of projects</li><li>Report KPIs and results into Project Review Boards</li><li>Monitor and control the project budgets</li><li>Interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders and 3rd parties.</li></ul><p></p><p>Your Profile</p><ul><li>Background in electrical engineering and/or software development</li><li>Understanding of embedded software design and verification methodologies</li><li>Solid understanding of software project management practices</li><li>Understanding or experience with the Agile Project Management process is considered a plus</li><li>Understanding of cryptography, security, and secure protocols is an asset</li><li>Strong communication skills, networking and team/partner integration skills</li><li>Result oriented approach, open for new challenges</li><li>Able to identify and resolve issues.
